This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. We cannot confirm a warrant, change its status, arrange a surrender, accept bond, or give legal advice. Contact the sheriff or issuing court for those matters.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Choose the office that holds the record or made the decision. Ask which documents or identifying details it needs before submitting a request.
- To ask whether the sheriff has a warrant record: call the Hall County Sheriff's Office business line at 806-259-2151. The office is at 101 S 9th Street, Memphis, TX 79245. Dispatch numbers are 806-259-2636 and 806-259-2637; use dispatch for urgent operational matters rather than routine record questions.
- For a court-file or docket question: contact the Hall County and District Clerk, Pat Snider, at 806-259-2627 or visit 512 W Main Street, Suite 8, Memphis, TX 79245. The office notes that some records are stored offsite, so arrange an appointment before an in-person research visit.
- For a justice-court case: Justice of the Peace Precincts 1–3 list Sherrie Stone, 806-259-3116, at 512 W Main Street, Suite 3, Memphis. Precinct 4 lists Teresa Heck, 806-423-1498, PO Box 97, Turkey, TX. Confirm which court has the case.
- For a district-court matter: contact the 100th Judicial District Court through the listed clerk or court office before relying on a phone number. Public listings contain more than one contact number; ask the clerk to confirm the correct coordinator and hearing contact.
The Sheriff's Office lists regular business hours as Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the email address hallso@co.hall.tx.us. Call ahead to confirm availability and the proper way to request an existing record. A clerk's docket entry and a law-enforcement warrant confirmation serve different purposes, so a request may need to go to both offices.
For tickets issued inside Memphis, the municipal court is at 721 W Robertson Street and can be reached at 806-259-3539. The city's court information cautions that citations issued by the Hall County Sheriff's Office are not paid through Memphis Municipal Court. Check the issuing agency printed on the citation before using a payment link.
A message to this site is not a court filing, public-information request, or notice to Hall County officials. The Sheriff's Office and each court maintain their own contact channels. Use the responsible office's official page or phone number when an answer affects a case, appearance date, or payment.
